Club 360, under its 'Save the Planet' initiative, has actively engaged in managing the situation of passengers stranded on the BP Highway. Due to the damaged road conditions from Bhakunde Beshi to Nepalthok, travelers have been stranded for three days.
The Nepali Army has been using helicopters to evacuate stranded passengers to Kathmandu. Various organizations, including Kanchhimaya Foundation and 100 Group, have been providing free meals to the stranded passengers. Club 360 volunteers have been providing necessary assistance to passengers who have been forced to walk due to the road obstruction.
After the Khurkot concrete bridge connecting Ramechhap and Sindhuli was washed away by the Sunkosi River, the Manthali-Pakarbas-Bhirapani road section was repaired as an alternative route and transportation was resumed on Sunday evening. While the alternative route from Manthali to Sindhuli has been opened, the road from Bhakunde Beshi to Nepalthok is yet to be restored.
Nepal Police, Armed Police Force, Nepali Army, and local and village council teams are continuously working to restore the road.
